1. No Return Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, packed cereal products once opened or delivered are not eligible for return.
2. Eligible Cases for Refund
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following situations:
- •The packed cereal is damaged during transit
- •The product received is expired
- •The wrong product or incorrect quantity is delivered
- •The package is tampered or leaked at the time of delivery
3. Reporting a Complaint
- •Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- •Customers must share clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice for verification.
4. Refund / Replacement Process
- •After verification, we will initiate a refund or replacement, as applicable.
- •Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- •Products opened or used after delivery
- •Minor variations in color, size, or taste (natural agricultural variation)
- •Delay caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
- •Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- •Requests raised after the specified time limit
6. Order Cancellation
- •Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- •Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
